I think Limewire is simply a Peer to Peer program for file sharing. If that's right then surely you can get a virus if the person you get a file from has it. Video files do not contain viruses. Neither do mp3 or jpg files. Viruses can be find in executable files (.exe) .dll files and a few other types. unlock iphone

I've asked this question on Yahoo! Answers before, but it did not work out at all. My computer started freezing out of random, so I rebooted my computer entirely. But after the reboot, it still does it. I have only 12 programs installed, which are: -Adobe Fireworks CS4 (NEEDED) -Adobe Flash Player Plug-in (For Mozilla Firefox) -Apple Application Support -Apple Software Update -AVG Free 9.0 -Belkin Wireless Utility (My Internet) -Camtasia Studio (NEEDED) -Free Registry Repair (Tried To Fix With This) -Google Chrome (NEEDED) -Java(TM) 6 Update 17 -Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable -Mozilla Firefox 3.5.6 (NEEDED) -Quicktime Pro 7 (NEEDED) -Registry Easy v5.6 Pro (Tried To Fix With This) -Windows Explorer 8 -Windows XP Service Pack 3 -WinRAR Archiver Pro (NEEDED) My Computer is 10 Years Old. A Compaq FS740 Monitor with a Compaq Presario Tower. I have different problems every time I HAVE to reboot. I Full-Scanned the computer with my AVG Free 9.0, and no viruses were found. I don't know if it's either a problem with the Registry, a Virus, or something else. What can I do to stop this random freezing? forex robot

Why do I always have to wait for the download bar on videos to load before i watch a movie? I have done several anti-virus scans and my anti-virus is up to date. This isn't just on one website,its on any website that i want to watch a video, one of them being youtube. Does anyone know what is causing the problem and how to fix it, preferably without taking it to a professional and getting it done. thanks for all answers in advance. unlock iphone 3g

I have two computers that I'm now having problems with. yesterday, my first computer shut down and said "RPC has been terminated". everytime I restart that computer, it gives me another 1:00 minute shut down warning. I know I need to change the settings of the RPC, but it shuts down before I can ever get to it. is there another way to fix this? The second computer messed up today. I was researching how to fix the other RPC problem and my computer shut down. when it rebooted, I now have "Internet security 2010" installed and I can't delete it. I had a similiar virus before and was able to manually delete the virus, but this one won't let me open task manager or the registry to delete it. it's even taken over my Internet and won't let me on. so I'm stuck trying to research problems on my iPhone. I read somewhere that if you can't get task manager to open that you need to wipe out your hard drive. I am wanting to do this but I can't find my reinstallation CD for this computer which is an emachines. however, I have the installation cd for the other computer with the RPC problem, but that computer is a Dell. can I install a Dell operating system on my emachines? they're both windows XP. unlock iphone 3g
